Q: How do I care for my SATA Beauty accessories?
Most fabric items (like scrunchies and headbands) can be hand-washed in cool water and air-dried. For clips and combs, gently wipe with a damp cloth. Avoid exposure to excessive heat or chemicals to prolong their life.
Q: Will items be restocked?
Some designs are limited edition, while others may be restocked based on demand.
Q: Are your products suitable for all hair types?
Yes. Our products are designed to work with straight, wavy, curly, and coily hair.

All prices are listed in GBP (£). Since we currently only ship within the UK, no currency conversion fees will apply.

No, we currently only ship within the UK, so there are no customs fees or import duties to pay.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Q: What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with tags attached.
Q: How do I start a return?
Please contact us at hi@satabeauty.com to request a return. Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Q: What items can’t be returned?
For hygiene reasons, we don’t accept returns on opened or used hair accessories (e.g., brushes, combs, clips, scrunchies, headbands).
Custom or personalized items, final sale products, clearance items, and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Q: Do you accept exchanges?
Yes. The fastest way is to return your item and place a new order once the return is approved.
Q: How long will my refund take?
