Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with tags attached.

Q: How do I start a return?
Please contact us at hi@satabeauty.com  to request a return. Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Q: What items can’t be returned?
For hygiene reasons, we don’t accept returns on opened or used hair accessories (e.g., brushes, combs, clips, scrunchies, headbands).
Custom or personalized items, final sale products, clearance items, and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Q: Do you accept exchanges?
Yes. The fastest way is to return your item and place a new order once the return is approved.

Q: How long will my refund take?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. If it’s been over 15 business days, contact us at hi@satabeauty.com  .


Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays). You’ll receive a dispatch email once your order ships.

Q: Do you offer order tracking?
Yes! A tracking link will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

Q: Do I have to pay customs fees or duties?
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on their country’s regulations.

Q: What if my order is damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us immediately at hi@satabeauty.com  with your order details and a photo, and we’ll make it right.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Discover, Diners Club, UnionPay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

Q: What currency do you use?
All prices are listed in GBP (£). If you’re shopping from outside the UK, your bank may charge a currency conversion fee.

Q: Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We use secure, encrypted payment gateways and do not store your full card details.

Q: My payment was declined — what should I do?
Check your card details, billing address, and available funds. If the issue persists, contact your bank before retrying.
